If you’re struggling with stress – particularly common when adjusting to a new country with its unique customs and cultural nuances – we integrate strategies to address this aspect, fostering a more balances perspective. Together, we identify environments that align with your strengths, assess your competencies and values, pinpoint energizing work pursuits, and explore preferred industries. Additionally, we discuss opportunities for training or courses and assess your prospects within the Dutch job market.
From Insights Into Motion
Once we have mapped out WHO you are and WHAT your skill/talents/wishes are, we move forward with an action plan for tagetted match and search on the labor market: which steps are necessary to find the ideal job? Where do you start your search? How can you use your network in the best way? How can you prepare for a job interview? Without a clear goal and steps towards it, people often keep going around in the same circle. Sometimes for years. In this process, I walk beside you to help you look further and take the necessary steps towards your goal.
The result
At the end of the program, you will have insight into what you CAN and what you WANT and HOW to reach your goal so you can follow your way with more self-confidence, focus and energy!
First of all you will learn to look at your own needs differently and to make your choices accordingly. If you were struggling with how to build up a career in The Netherlands, then now you have a clear direction how to reach that and which steps you need to take for a targeted job search.

During this journey we also work on dealing with stress and building up a live in The Netherlands with more self confidence if this is what you need for a more happy and balanced life.
